Rice Chicken Pie

Hello everybody,

This pie is not really a pie, you are gonna know why.

INGREDIENTS: (2 person)

1 and half cups of rice
400 gr chicken brests
1 medium onion
2 gloves of garlic
1 green capsicum
1 red capsicum
1 soup spoon of Mostard Dijon
some salt
some pepper
some thyme
some basil
some olive oil
some cheese (optional)
COOKING:

Wash the rice and prepared it as Brasilian style.
Chopped everything, put olive oil in a pan a start to fry the garlic and onion. When is ready add the capsicum. Later, add the chicken and cover it. After a while some water is gonna appear from the condensation. When is almost ready, all browned , add the mostard and the spices.

Put the half of the rice in a bol for the oven, add the chicken and cover with the rest of rice.
Cover with cheese and leave in the oven until melt.
