FONDUE 3 Cheeses

This week for cheese lovers,

INGREDIENTS: (4 person)

250 gr Edam cheese
250 gr Gouda cheese
250 gr Gorgonzola cheese
350 ml Riesling wine
Potato or corn fecula.
some white pepper
1 big italian bread

COOKING:

Grate the cheese. Chopped the bread. Put in the burner the fondue pan the wine and add the cheese when the wine is boiling, stiring for a while. Add the pepper. When is mixed, add the fecula until get enough thick. Then get ready the rest of the fondue set on the table for moving there inmediately!!
