CHIMICHURRY NO, BASIL SAUCE

Fresh basil, ginger, olive oil, chilli peppers, lemon juice, salt, water. Chop and mix everthing.

BARBACUE SAUCES

FOR CHICKEN,

Black or yellow mustard, chilli pepper, basil and ginger. Leave the chicken with this mix for at least 3 hours before you use it

FOR MEAT,

Soy sauce, honey, chilli pepper and ginger. Leave the meat with this mix for at least 3 hours before you use it

CLEAN SOUP (gluten free)

INGREDIENTS ( 4 person)

1 big piece of chicken or fish (depends on you)

4 chilli pepper (or more depends on you)

1 big piece of ginger

1 big Carrot

1 chard

4 garlic cloves

1 big onion

1 yellow pepper

1 vegetable broth

50 gr green beans

1 turnip

1 small cabbage

100g vermicelli rice

Parsley

Chop the ginger and chilli peppers. Peel and Slice the rest except the vermicelli. Put all the vegetables to boil. When is ready, add the vermicelli rice. Serve with parsley on top.

FAST PINEAPPLE DRINK

INGREDIENTS ( 2 person)

1 pineapple

Fresh mint

Black rum

Ice

Put everything in a blender. Serve cold and with a straw.

VITAMIN JUICE

INGREDIENTS ( 2 person)

Ice

Fresh mint

Integral grape juice

Half pineapple

1 apple

1 pear

2 soup spoon of oats

1 soup spoon of linseed milled

Put everything in a blender. Serve cold.

FUSSILI/PENNE ANCHOVIES WITHOUT GLUTEN

INGREDIENTS ( 2 person)

150gr-200gr Gluten Free Pasta (quantity depends if you are hungry of not)

2 garlic cloves

1 small onion or 4 spring onions

50 gr of green beans

1 big tomato

6-8 anchovies (depends on the size)

1 chilli pepper (malagueta)

Some fresh parsley

Olive oil

Salt

Boil the pasta. Meanwhile chop all the ingredients. Fry with olive oil in a pan, the chilli pepper, the garlic peeled, the onion peeled and the green beans. When is ready, adding the tomato. Then tomato become a paste add the anchovies, and stir. Serve with the parsley on top.

Also you can add mushrooms on this recipe if you want.
